Semi-detached house renovated in 2019 in Kolczewo, only 1 km from the swimming lake Kolczewskie and 3 km from the Baltic Sea. The accommodation is ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature lovers or families with children. The communal garden offers plenty of space and there is a children's playground next to the house. It is a very good starting point for excursions to the sea and the countryside. The 60 square meter property is on the ground floor and has a living room, bedroom, dining room, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room, as well as a covered terrace. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
