This place is a very good bang for your buck if you are planning a smaller family vacation. Loved the views from the deck. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing! House had a few recent upgrades since last year. Great idea to have the "bar fridge" next to the deck! Beds are comfortable for sleeping. If there was one negative thing to say it was that the wi-fi signal was not very strong. It is half a double house so you do hear the neighbors from time to time but that is minor. Overall highly recommend.

Everything was just as discussed in the contract. Clean, up to date, and a beautiful view. The only issue that I have is, the contract states that you can reserve the same time the next year when you check out. When I called the office the reservation person doesn’t apparently understand what her company has in the agreements, must need more training on rentals. This is the third year with this company and never had this issue before.

The property manager was great. They responded quickly to the issues we had. The cleanliness of the house was terrible. There was pee stains on the matters covers on the majority of the beds. It was so bad that we had to sleep sitting on the couch the first night. The floors were sandy and gritty. The cold air return on the second floor was filthy. The stove top had food on the burner that had not been cleaned off. There was dust on the TV screen that made it hard to see the program. The deck had a board pulled up with nails sticking up. I tripped on the board and almost fell. The washing machine was making a terrible noice. We called to have it checked out. The agency was given permission by the owner to have it checked, no one ever showed up to fix it.
