Property was awesome, had everything listed and needed with an amazing location. Ricardo was great, made the check-in very easy and answered any questions we had quickly.

The condo far exceeded our expectations in size, amenities, comfort, incredible views, and location. It was a great place for a family get together. The bedrooms all had their private "en suite" bathrooms, which was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, and was easy to prepare meals there for everyone. The staff at the reception desk at the Alsol Luxury Village were very helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff in the Village. The grounds and the pool areas were meticulously well kept. A big thank you to Ricardo who always quickly responded to my questions about the condo and Punta Cana in general. I would recommend renting a car to be able explore the area and the beautiful beaches, specially Juanillo Beach.

The condo was lovely and beautifully furnished, the staff were generous, available, and easy going, and the whole complex and pool area clean and really quite perfect. Slightly odd that you can't get to the other side of the canal where the market is, and that the occupancy is low (felt a little deserted). We had a car and went on excursions every day, so it was alright with us. We had our four kids - ages 13, 11, 9, and 8. They LOVED the pool.

It was our first trip to Dominican Republic and we absolutely loved it! The condo was everything we expected and more. It featured all the amenities associated with a five star resort was very spacious. The living area was vast and the view was spectacular.
Ricardo was very accommodating and easily accessible. He quickly responded to my enquiries and even followed up during our vacation to ensure that everything was okay! We would definitely rent this condo again! Thanks Ricardo for making it a great vacation!
