About this apartment rental
Sweetwater Lift Lodge is a timeshare resort with Saturday to Saturday vacation stay. This is a 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom unit. It has a dedicated off-street underground parking space, to keep your car safe from snowstorms. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, full kitchen with dining table and 2-Brs (Queen bedroom and a twin bunk room with sleeping for 4). The 3rd bedroom with private bath, is up a narrow spiral staircase and probably unsuitable for the elderly, disabled or very young. There are enough beds for 8 people (4 in queens and 4 in the bunks).
The resort has a heated pool, sauna and 15-person hot tub. There is a game room with billiard table, ping pong and air hockey. There are 2 outdoor grills for community use. Front desk is staffed 24/7.
The resort has recently undergone a renovation with new lobby and pool area, however the rooms are still slightly dated. However, the beds are comfortable and the resort management does a great job keeping the place clean and tidy. The best part is the location. We put our ski boots on in the room, and walk across the street into the main entrance, which is 2-minutes to the lifts. All different levels of terrain are accessible from the base of Park City Mountain. There are a couple of restaurants at the base of PCM and when we want to explore Old Town, with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife, it is a short 10-minute walk away and a $15 taxi ride back home.

We had a very fun few days despite the unusual lack of snow! But we won't hold the condo owner responsible for that. The location worked out very nicely for skiing and an easier walk to restaurants than we expected. The unit was comfortable and we appreciated having 3 complete bedrooms as opposed to a loft arrangement. The sitting area was smaller than expected but we made it work! The pool and hot tub did not look very appealing so we never actually tried them. All in all we enjoyed out stay, it was very good value for money and the host was very pleasant to work with!
