About this house rental
Bright and light filled cottage on the waters edge of Salt Harbour Herring Neck. Water views from every single window. We are 15 minutes from the town of Twillingate. Enjoy all the activities in town then relax on the dock and watch the boats and seagulls in utter peace. Peaceful, serene and private - this is the spot to relax and refresh your soul.
Please note that there are approximately 20 steps down to the cottage. But the views are worth it!!

Stair Warning! Salt Harbour Cottage is absolutely charming. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed, and beautiful too. My only complaint is the stairs. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully because there is not enough in the description about the stairs. From the parking down to the house are approximately 25 stairs. These are wide and well lit at night and totally fine for people with totally fine knees. For us, getting our luggage up and down them was quite a challenge. And the indoor stairs are a bit narrow and steep, and since the bathroom is on the ground floor and all the bedrooms upstairs, it was a bit difficult at night. I think the house is fabulous, Addie is a great host, and I really highly recommend Salt Harbour Cottage. But I'm not sure I'd stay here again unless I was with some younger and fitter family members.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing. The host has thought of everything and it shows in the decor and items available to guests for a cozy and memorable stay. The loudest sounds will be the birds and boats. We loved this place.

Beautiful little cottage right on the water, felt like we were at the end of the world. Fully equipped kitchen, games, etc peaceful and quiet, slept like a baby.
