About this villa rental
Private individual rents mini villa for 3 people in the Palombaggia palm residence 10 minutes from Porto Vecchio / 30 minutes from Figari airport. Magnificent Palombaggia beach accessible on foot / Santa Guilia 7 km away. Carataggio beach (more confidential, few tourists, accessible only on foot or by boat) 20 minutes on foot. Bonifaccio 30 minutes by car. Very quiet location with 20 mini villas, shared swimming pool at the residence. Small private and fenced garden, view of the maquis, no vis-à-vis. South facing villa, very bright.
Living space: 45 m², 1 beautiful bedroom with 3 single beds 80x200 (or 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 single bed), living room with a large picture window overlooking the garden, kitchen open to the living room.
All comfort: sofa, TV, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, air conditioning and wifi.
Shaded south facing terrace of 15 m² with plancha and deckchairs.
For stays longer than 7 nights, possibility of arriving outside of period Saturday to Saturday (for example 9-night stay from Friday to Sunday). In this case, please ask for the price by email.

La casa è bellissima, molto confortevole e immersa nel verde, solo un po' vicina alla strada. Splendida la terrazza per pranzare, cenare e rilassarsi. Peccato ci fossero molte formiche, così abbiamo dovuto comperare la polvere consigliata e il problema è stato risolto. Il letto è comodo, la casa spaziosa, confortevole e ben attrezzata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, dotazione completa per la cucina, ecc.). Purtroppo il telefono non prende ma c'e un buon wifi per rimanere in contatto con il mondo. Le spiagge delle vicinanze sono tutte bellissime e facilmente raggiungibili ma sempre in auto, il parcheggio della Palombaggia dista 1,2 chilometri da casa e poi bisogna ancora camminare un po' per raggiungere la spiaggia. L'unico vero problema sono i negozi, se serve il pane o qualunque altra cosa bisogna fare 12 chilometri di strada stretta e tortuosa, meglio organizzarsi e fare la spesa tutta insieme ogni tanto. Ci sarebbe un piccolo supermercato a 2 chilometri da casa ma al 10 settembre era già chiuso per fine stagione, eppure di gente ce n'era. Nel complesso comunque un posto bellissimo, una bella casa e una vacanza indimenticabile!
