Studio Kandahar - Les 2 Alpes

Location was perfect. Clean and tidy all required for self-catering.

Clearer information before booking about the extras you need to play for ie. Bedding,towels & Keys in drop box. After requesting your extras would expect to go straight to apartment. Not having to collect and carry back from a different address. It would help if in the information pack it explaining to turn on the radars yourself. This isn't a complaint as had a wonderful stay. But might make the stay even better.

L'emplacement à 100m de Belle Etoile et 2 arrêts bus de Jandri (avec station bus à 30m). Au rez-de-chaussée une très bonne boulangerie-pâtisserie. Studio très bien équipé et très propre. Jolie vue sur Av de la Muzelle et Zone 1800.

Les matelas aussi bien du canapé click-clac que des lits superposés sont minces et fatigués (le canapé a même un creux). L'ascenseur a été en panne 2 jours sur 6 (dès notre arrivée).

Very close to the Belle Étoile ski lift, there’s a bakery directly below it which do fresh bread, and a supermarket a 5 minute walk up the road. The view from the window is nice overlooking the town.

The hot water runs out very fast, there’s no wifi and no option to buy wifi as an add on, the lift broke halfway through my stay and wasn’t fixed for at least a week. We weren’t given keys to our ski locker or the letter box, so just had to use open lockers - hoping that nobody would come and steal our skis - and fish things out of the letterbox with a stick. At the end of the stay they ask whether you’d like to clean yourself or pay €108 to have the room cleaned, but even after cleaning the whole apartment we were still charged €90 and I was sent various photos of tiny bits of dirt around the toilet and the sink, dirty to be fair but not enough to warrant a €90 charge.
