Piccolo monolocale con angolo cottura a pian terreno con un dehor fuori nel giardino ad uso esclusivo ma non chiuso se si ha il cane. Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro . Parcheggio privato.
Purtroppo c'è solo la portafinestra d entrata per areare e l umidità rimane molto alta anche perche il bagno è cieco, Nonostante il climatizzatore
