We had a great time here. Easy walk to beach/boardwalk. LIRR station to city really close. House had everything you need and in good shape. Kim was there if we needed anything

Property is in a great location just a couple of blocks from the boardwalk and a 15 minute walk to the supermarket and shops.
House is in excellent condition with a modern well equipped kitchen, open plan dining room and living room and 3 bedroom up a couple of stairs along with a family bathroom and master shower room. Two zone A/C kept the house cool. Large modern washing machine and dryer down a couple of stairs near the garage. Gas BBQ is in the patio backyard.
Owner has an apartment behind the garage with a separate entrance but it had no impact on our stay. Driveway is shared with the owner but again no impact on us. Owner was readily available and helpful when needed.
Overall an excellent property in a great location. We would stay there again!

Beautiful house, one parking spot in the driveway which was SO(!) nice, all amenities provided, kitchen updated and great appliances, comfortable and clean living room and bedrooms. Location is awesome--close enough to walk to the beach or to the grocery store fairly easily but not immediately on the coast. Absolutely loved the Boardwalk and beach! The owner stayed in an apartment attached to the house with a shared laundry, which did not interfere with our stay at all, but is just something some renters might want to know. All communication was quick and efficient, and she even gave us some recommendations for things to do, like a family movie showing on the beach and concerts at the Boardwalk. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Kim! :)
