About this apartment rental
Located on Ponte Vedra Blvd. just south of the Lodge & Club. This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo is located across from the ocean. The open front porch has Adirondack style chairs for morning coffee & sunrise. Master bedroom has a king bed, 55 inch HD TV, attached full bath with large walk in shower, & access to the screened in back porch over looking Guana Preserve. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed, garment rack for hanging clothes, access to front porch with ocean "peeks", second guest bedroom has twin beds & access to front porch also. The guest bath has shower tub combo. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & is fully appointed and stocked with cookware & accessories,. Dining has seating for 4, family room is spacious with 2 comfy chairs a cozy couch and a 57 inch HD TV. Family room also has access to the large screened in back porch with padded whicker seating & Adirondack style chairs. Cable, Internet, WI-FI, full size washer & dryer and so much more! Beach House has a marsh front community pool for guest use and is located near public PVB beach access. Close to Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Beaches, historic St Augustine, Downtown Jacksonville, Mickler’s Landing etc. Rates do not include taxes, cleaning fees, reservation fees and damage protection fees. $75 electric fee per month. All other utilities are included with the rent. Availability dates vary. Call for details. NO PETS.

Love this short-term rental! We are actually here for 4 months and LOVE the area, the condo is beautifully furnished, very cozy & comfortable, and we LOVE being right across from the beach. Excited to grow my sharks teeth collection over the rest of our stay. We would definitely recommend & would stay again in a heartbeat!
