When a trip to Puerto Vallarta is not in the cards, Talavera - Palm Springs will simply have to do. Talavera takes its name from the vibrantly painted pottery so prevalent in Mexico which you will find abundantly throughout the property. Mix that up with some exquisite antique Asian and First Nations native artwork and you will know that you are enjoying a truly Pacific Rim experience in the Desert.

This home and garden are reminiscent of both Tuscany and Bali. The landscaping is unique and full of flowers, cactii, grapefruit trees, with numerous lovely seating areas and tables.
The house is convenient for guests with the primary bedroom at one end of the house and the two other bedrooms/den at the other end. The chef's kitchen is well equipped with a large Wolfe gas stove and two sinks. More than sufficient dishes and glasses so we never ran out. The high ceilings give it a spacious feel, and furniture is comfortable and large. Great granite bar and large dining room table make it easy to entertain.
The location near a park is perfect for walking and biking. The large lap pool and hot-tub are fantastic and reachable through doors in each bedroom.
The owner is friendly, intelligent and responsive to issues that arise. We highly recommend this little piece of paradise.

The home is magnificent. Everything was beautiful! Pool, hot tub and everything outside was very pretty and relaxing. Something I would add are black out shades in the primary bedroom. Very bright wake up call. One of the 3 bedrooms has black out shades. My rec would be to add to all. And a few bathrobes at least in the primary bathroom. It’s huge, and has a hanging closet! Great bathrooms across the board. We had a great time! Cool historical neighborhood and walking distance to downtown!
