House is located right across the street from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and Alumni Hall. Great location. Cute, Cozy quiet house with wood floors, 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed, 1 full bathroom, Kitchen, Dining/Living area, parking for up to 2 cars.

Quiet. Ideal location right across the street from Ben Griffin Stadium/O'Connell Center
Getting Around:
Parking on property, up to two cars, except GAME DAY parking only one spot available due to parking cars on game days

This is our 3rd time staying here and we love the location and the home is very nice and clean.

We stayed at this cute and cozy cottage for our sons law school graduation. It was the perfect location! Just a short walk to his graduation. We were able to gather with our small family and sleep comfortably. When we come back for games or a trip to Gainesville, we will certainly stay here!
