In a walled garden, our 4**** villa is located 7 minutes walk from the beach of La Grande Conche, in the Residential Park of Vallières.
All services at less than one kilometre (market, bakery, pharmacy, grocery...), park with games for children and mini-golf...
The bike path is 400 metres away and can easily reach Royan as well as St Georges de Didonne, seaside towns.
Our house was renovated and decorated in early 2020. It can accommodate up to 15 people (+ 2 babies). No adjoining or overlooking neighbours so privacy guaranteed.

You will find 5 bedrooms including a dormitory for 7 guests, two wet rooms and a bathroom, two living rooms, a kitchen opening onto the dining room, two separate toilets, and a large terrace with plancha.
The configuration of the house makes it possible to isolate oneself or to meet up to share good moments.

For sunny days, enjoy the terrace, outdoor furniture, garden and rainy days, you can share (table football, board games, wii,...) or watch Netflix, connect to the wifi, read, cosy up by the fireplace....

Your vehicles can be parked on the property and we accept your pet under certain conditions.
