About this villa rental
The Villa Elena, located in the cosmopolitan village and resort of Elounda, and situated on a residential complex, only 50 meters walking distance from a small, sandy beach and easy walking distance to the organized beach.
It has a floor area of 120 sqm, unfolded in two (2) levels and it has the capacity to sleep up to 6 people, with three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms and one guest toilet.
On the ground - entrance level, an open plan area consists of a full equipped kitchen, a dining and a sitting area with fireplace. This area extends onto a sun terrace covered by pergola, and an infinity swimming pool with stunning panoramic views over the village of Elounda and the gulf of Elounda. Downstairs there are one double and one twin bedroom with a common full bathroom.
Walking up to the upper floor you can find the master bedroom with double bed separated with a glass wall of the shower and WC. A glass door leads to a veranda which is perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the sea view.
Other features, that this house includes, are air-condition in all rooms, utility space with washing machine, electric shutters, alarm, satellite TV, DVD, amplifier-tuner CD player, Wi-Fi internet and safety deposit box.
The village of Elounda and the town of Agios Nikolaos, are in near distance with lovely restaurants, shops and entertainments. Water sports, underwater diving, tennis courts, many lovely beaches, site seeing, walking tours and many other features are present in this amazing area of Crete.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Not only was the space beautiful clean and convenient but Dimitris is one of a kind. He met us at the property, which he had stocked with eggs, bread, fruit, wine, deli meat, and any other thing you may need and then spent time with us to make sure we knew where everything was in the house but also in the town. It made such a difference to have this introduction to the area. This is a 5star property all the way and you are lucky if you get to experience this little slice of heaven!

Beautiful property, Dimitris was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The view was stunning. Walk up to the property would be difficult for some customers as it is a very steep short hill.

Great view and wonderful villa with nice private infinity swimmingpool. Great host in Dmitri that met us at midnight when we arrived and had the fridge filled with drinks and food for breakfast next morning. Nice gesture. Some workers doing renovation on the villa next door, was immediately shut down when we called Dmitri and asked for tranquility. Will book again for sure. :-)
