Penthouse La plaza en Cádiz Centro Grupo AC Gestion

Property is a short walk from train station. We arrived out of office hours and the key safe is 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction, so not suitable for everyone. Location is great. It was a nice view from the balcony and good having some outside space from the bedroom.

We didn't get bath towels until the afternoon of Day 2 which was inconvenient. The air conditioning was good, however there must have been a previous portable system which hadn't been completely removed, so the bedroom/patio door had an oval hole and the balcony door had a large vent pipe still attached. Paint was peeling from the walls in several places. The bedroom has very little storage, more could be added to the cupboard for convenience. Crockery wasn't of good quality (some mismatch, some old and cracked). The overall sense we had is that the property was renovated to a nice style but has been a little neglected in recent times, which seems a shame.

The location for us was excellent. The property had everything you need for a 5 day stay.

There was a bit of plaster issue on some of the walls but on the whole the property was very good

La climatisation un peu désuète, la taille du lit, certaines finition dans l'appartement.

La ubicación es muy buena y si hubiéramos ido en otra época la terraza un lujo.

No estaba muy limpio y olía a pescado. Para un diciembre un pequeño radiador eléctrico es escaso para calentar dos plantas. El baño está en la parte de arriba y es angosto. El ascensor nos recomendaron usarlo solo para las maletas.
