This 2BR lower unit of a duplex is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is within walking distance of 2 coffee shops, 4 restaurants, 2 pharmacies, and much more. Kiwanis Park is the home of BratDays. The park features an outdoor "Der Sheboygan Biergarten", skate park, and many softball and soccer activities during the summer. There's also plenty of sledding going on during the winter too.
You're a short 13 min drive away from Whistling Straits and you're even a shorter drive to The Bull (Jack Nicklaus designed golf course) and Blackwolf Run. If you're thinking of taking in some charter fishing, sailing, or kitesurfing, you are only a short 3-4 mins away from Lake Michigan and Downtown Sheboygan.

Each bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and ample closet space.

There is one spot for off-street parking that is shared by both the upper and lower guests. It is first-come-first-served. But no worries, the house is nestled on a non-through street and with the exception of Brat Days weekend, there is always plenty of street parking.

We had a nice weekend stay. The house was well-kept, clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to downtown, easy to navigate and seemed safe. The host was extremely responsive and respectful.

This was a great little spot to come and unwind in Sheboygan. I really enjoyed my stay here. Brian was very nice and polite and even helped me with a special request. Definitely recommend Brian! He is great! The place was nice and clean and obviously well maintained. I’d stay here again!
