This fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is perfect for anyone traveling to the Mayo Clinic with large families, or anyone looking for more private space. All utilities and furnishings are included in this rental. There is outdoor space to enjoy, a park nearby to play, tennis courts, and walking paths. Our services include 1 weekly cleaning/linen change for any reservation booked for 7 or more nights. We are perfectly located 1.4 miles from the St. Mary's Hospital, and 2.4 miles from the downtown Mayo Clinic & Gonda buildings.

This was an incredible property! Everything was thoughtfully laid out and immaculately clean. The property owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as seamless and comfortable as possible. It was the perfect base camp for a long trip to Mayo Clinic. We were very impressed by the property and hope to stay there again!

We booked this property for the ease to get to Mayo. It was less than 10 minutes away & right down the road. We booked 6 weeks for a bm transplant and should have booked 7. We were easily accommodated. The playground around the corner was a plus early on, for our grandson. The owner was gracious & so helpful. We can highly recommend this property, & we sure appreciated the extra amenities while undergoing the transplant.

We needed the home for an extended stay for my father and his complex surgery and recovery. Joanna is an angel. Honestly never met anyone so generous and kind.
