With 500 sq ft of interior space and a King bed, this open-concept condo makes a comfortable, convenient home base for exploring Waikiki and Honolulu.
The iconic Ilikai puts you close to everything while keeping the waterfront just minutes away. Duke Kahanamoku Beach and Lagoon are about a 4-minute walk via the beach access walkway, while Ala Moana Center and Ala Moana Beach Park are approximately 10–15 minutes away on foot. Shops, restaurants, and other conveniences are also located right on property.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: A major exterior painting and spalling repair project is scheduled from July 2025 through April 2027, with construction noise daily from 8am–5pm. This unit's lanai is scheduled to be closed September 21–30, 2026, but will be accessible each day after 5pm once work has finished for the day. Dates are subject to change without notice due to weather or unexpected delays.

Great location, nice building. Condo was comfortable for two people. Carpet is a bit worn and the AC seemed to be cycling on and off a lot. The slider to the balcony needs work, it was very difficult to open. Other than that it worked out well and we enjoyed our stay.

I want give the most honest review . Overall I liked my stay and I would return . But I would also look for something a little bit better before returning . Originally I was accidentally sent to the wrong room . Ppl make mistakes wasn't too bothered ; it got cleared up quickly The first thing I noticed when entering the room is the dust on the sliding door rail is very thick and hasn't been cleaned in years .The only real complaint i have is whoever is responsible for cleaning this room does a rush and subpar job . There was popcorn in the base of the sliding door . Nice size crumbs under the sink . There also was a whole old sandwich in a ziplock bag within the futon . I hope this is read and gone over with their cleaning team Side note ; the bathroom was very clean which makes a big difference They leave plenty of things to use for beach days .chairs , boards , floaties , snorkeling gear . For the most part the place is in pretty good shape . You'll see some rust on a few things ; Curtains eventually need to be replaced. However, nothing made us feel uncomfortable . There are 2 pigeons living on the balcony . With that comes a nice amount of bird poop . In all there was more good than bad . We enjoyed our stay . It worked well for us .
