Le ménage était un peu approximatif et pas de torchons cuisine le prix de la prestation de conciergerie est vraiment élevé surtout pour un séjour court (we)

L’emplacement, la proximité des commerces et des transports, la résidence sécurisée, la terrasse.

Le manque de nettoyage (énormément de poussières dans l’appartement (sols, sous les lits, derrière les machines…) et sols collants à notre arrivée), l’absence de matériel pour nettoyer, pas de torchons de cuisine et pas de petites serviettes de bain comme mentionné dans l’annonce, les draps qui n’étaient pas propres et l’absence de protège matelas sur le lit des enfants. J’ai dû nettoyer tous les draps… Absence de sèche cheveux alors qu’il est mentionné dans l’annonce également. Le personnel et conciergerie qui gère l’appartement complètement inefficace et comportement totalement anti commercial. Lorsque j’ai averti que l’appartement n’avait pas été nettoyé et demandé où se trouvait le matériel pour nettoyer à la personne qui m’a remis les clés, je n’ai eu aucun retour. J’ai donc envoyé un message à la conciergerie, pour demander un remboursement du forfait nettoyage, qui m’a répondu que je n’avais pas envoyé de message le jour même et que je ne pouvais pas prétendre à un remboursement. Pas d’aide non plus pour avoir du matériel de nettoyage, ne serait-ce qu’un balai. J’ai dû tout acheter… inadmissible. C’était mon 2eme séjour et avais vraiment apprécié en décembre dernier. L’appartement s’est fortement dégradé et la propreté des sols, lits et matériel (machine, cafetière…) est vraiment inacceptable. Je n’y séjournerai plus malheureusement car j’ai vraiment été déçue.

The location was great, close to bar, restaurants and a varieties of stores and services. Close to tram as well. The little terrasse accessibles from all rooms was enjoyable. The modern and colorful furnishing would have been nice if they were not covered with years of dust and grease.

The service was bad. I had to check in with a so called gouvernante, who was only available at 4pm instead of 3, the normal checking time. She gave me 2 set of keys but only one worked to enter the building. She was supposed to bring me a new one the day after, together with the missing hair dryer and towels. She never showed up and ghosted me the rest of the week. I reached out the agency Welkey which manages the rental. It did not change a thing. The local staff is from a sub contractor they don t manage well. That same governante also gave the wrong wifi passpord. It took several hours to get it from Welkey. So I could not work during that time. Lastly the governante was supposed to check the appartment was clean and ready for me. It wasn’t. That appartment has not had a good cleaning in years. Cow webs, heaving dust on al light figure, decors and high furniture, air vebts. stains on walls, ceiling and furniture that a magic sponge would easily remove, legions of bunny dust under the bed. All appliances were dirty. I had to ckean the fridge, the microwave, the washer dryer, I was also left with the trashes from the previous renter and his bottle of shower gel in the shower, which I had to clean too. Bottom line there was zero value added to the services from both local and remote staff. I would have been better off checking with a key box. Shame. The place could be rated in the 8-10 range with a deep cleaning, more equipment (air dryer, freeze, etc) and supplies (hand towels, etc) and a better management.
