About this house rental
Paw Paw Tree Estate and Event Venue. Located at the foothills of Petit Jean Mt. next to the Arkansas River. This property will sleep 10. This property has garden like setting with huge boulders fountains and pond and private in ground swimming pool. You will be the only family using the pool. Grounds available for weddings/events under 50 people. Great spot for that family reunion or retreat. Small parking area near house and more parking located at the end of driveway. We have a three seat golf cart that can be rented to valet your guest up & down the driveway. We also have event items for rent (tables, chairs, etc.) for a small event/wedding. A private boat ramp just across the road for easy access onto the Arkansas River for fishing or duck hunting. Watch the barges on the river from the front porch. Located just 1 1/2 miles to Petit Jean gravesite overlook and 5 1/2 miles to Petit Jean State Park.

Such a beautiful location with a very clean and comfortable home!! Once a year, our book club group gets together for a weekend away. This year we chose this home and we are not sorry! We are all mid 40s, so comfort and convenience is key! Everything about our stay was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better weekend getaway! Would definitely book again!

This was the perfect place for me and my grandsons. They used the pool table, the swimming pool and watched a movie. They also fished. Kendra the host was very prompt in answering my questions through the VRBO app. It was a much needed break for all of us! Thank you!

we had a pretty good time I think the time went too quickly but we had fun I feel like we spent most of the time in the pool having fun and did experiencing the house but all was good we had a good time thanks you homeowners.

Our Widowed Weekenders group had a great time at the house even with yucky weather. We will be coming back to stay again when the pool is open and it is a little warmer. The owners are great to work with us when we had to change dates due to winter weather.
