Powder Mountain's world-class public skiing is just a couple minutes away. Drive to Hidden Lake, Timberline, or Sundown lodges to access the ~5,000 acres of public skiing (5th largest public resort in US). For those athletically inclined, public skiing can also be navigated via a short hike (about 250 steps, including 50ft vertical rise; ask us for more info to determine if this is a fit for you). Powder Mountain's public side has benefited from massive investment under the new owners, including new lifts serving the amazing skiing at Lightening Ridge (previous to 2024 only accessible via cat) and "Don't Mention It" (DMI). DMI is new for 2026 and provides access to 1,047 acres of previously un-accessible steep, expert terrain!

For all renters in summer and fall, this property provides ready access to all of Powder Mountain's hiking and biking trails, as well as the art walk.

For those that are either members or guests of members of the Powder Haven club, this property provides ski-in/out from the front door (ski-out down to Village Lift; return via ski bridge).

We will also ask you to agree to our house rules: no pets, smoking, and to treat the home with the care and kindness you would show the home of a dear family friend. If our cleaning crew has to clean up after pets or smokers, the additional cleaning fees will be charged to the guest.
