A room big enough for 4 occupants as well as boasts a gulf front view from your window; There is no sofa in this unit.
This suite is ornately designed with simplicity, leaving the impression of an old-fashioned Southern hospitality. This suite boasts a gorgeous gulf front view. Additional room amenities include: cable television, CD stereo, wi-fi (or internet), coffee maker, and a microwave. NOTE: No kitchen or laundry facilities are available in this unit. However, laundry facilities are on the 3rd floor and there are endless dining options.
Apart from all that, this resort is a great place to base yourself from your home away from home. The most beautiful resort to visit for families and couples on St Pete Beach, along the picturesque Gulf of Mexico. Situated on the shoreline, and voted number in TripAdvisor's 2012 Traveler's Choice Awards.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $150 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. The nearest airports to Bluegreen at TradeWinds are St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) which are 21 miles and 28.9 miles by car respectively.

To ensure your vehicle is properly identified as a registered guest, always clearly display the appropriate parking pass in your vehicle. Towed vehicles are the sole expense of the owner. Luggage carts are available in the Breckenridge lobby. Bellman available if you need assistance. There is no parking available for over-sized vehicles, trailers, RVs, or boats.
Trailers will not be allowed to park on property but may be parked at an offsite lot less than 1 mile away if available. Please be advised that this event is expected to bring crowds and more noise than usual.

The only issue was the air conditioner. It made loud noises when it shut off and if it was any hotter im not sure if it would have been able to cool the room

We had an amazing time at the Tradewinds. Weather was perfect, and so many activities for adults and children. Great time had by all.

I would most definitely without a doubt stay here again! My room was extremely clean which I am very picky about the view was absolutely amazing and you are just steps from the beach. There are so many amenities and when you go through VRBO you do not have to pay the resort fees.
Blue green at tradewinds is absolutely a stunning resort and I consider myself a pretty particular person.
The only issue I have is that I have always gone through Vrbo and I am used to working directly with the owner I did not realize I would be going through blue green which is a third-party. When I went to confirm my reservation no one could find my name or my phone number or anything about me. Then a few days later when they did find my name they found my name on six different rooms. It was very confusing and I thought I was renting directly from the owner I am not going through blue green as well.
However that would not stop me from renting here again because like I said the resort is just beautiful. Everything you could want is at your fingertips whether you come with a family or you come by yourself like I did. There is the tiki bar and the spa an adult pool great food and a view of the ocean is spectacular. I will definitely be returning and next time it will be with my family and I will rent through Vrbo again now that I realize how This particular rental actually works.
