T4 house of 75m² (2 floors), 25m² exterior. Closed residence with swimming pool, sauna, common area (games, barbecue, etc.). Located in the pine forest, 1km from the beach, 500m from the Naturistes district. Local shops at 800m.

Beautiful outdoor area, barbecue, garden furniture, table and chairs.
+ 2nd Terrace (Solarium) on the floor shared by the two bedrooms.
Private parking space in the secure residence.

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans cette belle maison qui convient totalement à nos attentes (spacieux, pratique et organisé) avec un excellent coin de jardin pour profiter du beau temps ! Le contact avec le propriétaire est idéal et Mme PETIT nous a très bien accueilli.

Maison très agréable, joliment agencée et avec des espaces fonctionnels. Belle terrasse.
Nous avons passé 3 jours à 6 amies dans la maison et avons été ravies de notre séjour.
