on the ground floor, living room with dining table and sofa, equipped kitchen, service area with washing machine and hot water boiler;
on the first floor single bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with shower (hot and cold water), free room usable for office or additional bed;
on the second floor double bedroom with wardrobe and television.
In the immediate vicinity a small commercial area; shopping centers are about 5 minutes by car (15 minutes on foot)
The "autopista norte" with the surface metro service is about 12 minutes away on foot (Cardioinfantil stop).
Cleaning once a week and change of sheets every fortnight
On demand:
1) weekly change of sheets (COP 60,000 - € 20);
2) midweek cleaning (90,000 COP - € 30);
3) airport reception service with transport by private car to the house (90,000 COP -30 €) for max 3 people with 1 large suitcase each. For larger number of passengers, quotations on request;
4) small preventive food expenditure for immediate needs (starting from 60,000 COP- 20 €);
5) Possibility of parking space in the residential complex (for hire car if necessary) with prior payment.
