It was hard to find the location (even for locals). No building number or business name sinage displayed at the front! No directing signs inside.

The location and the price. because it was right opposite the beach and their price was very competitive. They even provided toiletries which was like a bonus considering the price.
the parking was scary and very very weird. The lift was also very weird, every time they had to turn it on with a remote. The apartment had a bd smell all around like old furniture. People there had extreme difficulty understanding english.
