Room size was perfect for a family of three. Excellent location close to train station. Breakfast buffet was excellent too. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks English.

The room and the hotel were very clean, and the staff were helpful.
There was no refrigerator in the room, and the parking garage was expensive (18 euro/day).

High price for our dog stay without mentioning it in advertising. Very limited food available in the evening. Tv was not working; the issue was known to the stuff but not mentioned during the check in. Stuff seemed struggling with handling customers inquiries at the reception.
