This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers everything you need for a memorable vacation by the Gulf. Located on the 8th floor, Tidewater 802 boasts stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, allowing you to unwind to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.
Step inside to discover tile floors throughout the unit, creating a cool and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living room provides access to the balcony, where you can soak in the panoramic views of the coastline. Relax on the comfortable sofa sleeper and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
The Primary bedroom features a cozy Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath, offering a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation. Step out onto the balcony directly from the Primary bedroom and savor the fresh breeze.
In the guest room, two Twin beds provide comfortable accommodations for additional guests, along with a flat-screen TV. Guests have access to the hall bath for added convenience.

Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The property is located almost center of Orange Beach. Everything you would need to buy for your stay is within 5 minutes of the condominium. There are also plenty of restaurants of all varieties to the right and left of the building. The unit itself is very nice and clean and well equipped with all your kitchen needs. There is a large tv in the living room so you can watch your favorite shows. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. It comes with a full-size washer and dryer and plenty of closet space. There are 2 bedrooms with TV's and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. It is an open concept layout with the living room, dining room and a bar separating the kitchen which has all full-size appliances. There are sliding doors leading from the master bedroom and the living room to the balcony overlooking the pool but most of all the beautiful beach and ocean. The property manager is always a call or text away with great communication. We give it an A

Condo is wonderful our only issue was the mattresses, they are very hard. Otherwise this a great condo with room for our family of four and was clean and stocked for us.

I gave check-in 4 stars because when we arrived the code for the door didn’t work. It took almost an hour for us to be able to get in. However, I called the number listed on the digital guidebook they sent prior to us arriving and was helped immediately and throughly through the hour until we were in. I also emailed and was responded to quickly as well to help get us into our condo. This wasn’t ideal but the customer service/support made it much less frustrating because they were so helpful and got it solved. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed overall. We did bring the suggested items and that was helpful. The digital guidebook they sent was very user friendly and made our trip go smoothly. View from the balcony was perfect. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Pros: The beach is clean and has beautiful white sand. The view from the balcony is also great. The Condo was clean and is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The management company (Liquid Life) was very courteous, responsive, professional and the check-in process was easy and convenient.
Cons: The Tidewater building is an older resort and the Condo is a little dated. A good renovation is in order. The guest bathroom shower did not have hot water and was unusable. The master bathroom shower head needs to be replaced. Both these items had been mentioned in previous reviews and we were disappointed that they had not been addressed upon our arrival. The master bathroom tub drains very slowly and water would back up 6 to 8 inches while taking a shower. This is probably due to sand build-up over the course of time.
