Remodeled Lake House with Dock on Deep part of Lake - Great for Families!

View at the lake house was absolutely amazing to the lake, the home was filled with alot of fun activities for all ages, we all slept so well on the beautiful spacious beds, you cant get better quality of mattress, bedding and pillows. Smart TVs were a plus and very much appreciated. You will be amazed with the front porch

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully remodeled home! All of the rooms are very spacious and the well stocked kitchen made our stay extra relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful patio with coffee in the mornings and had a few friendly games of ping pong in the evenings. This is a very peaceful place which was perfect for our family gathering. Thanks for the great communication throughout the booking process! We will be back!

We used the home for four families to reunite after leaving the military almost a decade ago. Most of us now had kids and we needed a large house to hold everyone comfortably. The home truly felt like you were living in luxury. The master bathroom could be featured on tv shows. The cabinets were stocked with plenty of quality cookware and dining ware. They even went so far as to save cheaper takeout type tupperware so if guests needed to take something when they left the house, they could. Before arriving, the host asked the necessary questions to make sure we had everything we needed. We brought a boat so they got us a guest pass for the boat ramp and suggested which ramp to use because others had flaws with the water level being as low as it was when we visited. They had a nice dock with great access to cool places on the lake like cow creek cove or the marine & lighthouse restaurant which was directly across the lake. With water levels changing, they had someone come adjust the dock for us mid stay and were always easily reachable throughout our stay. When we were ready to walk out of the house, for the first time, the dishwasher wouldn't start. When I tried pushing the start button a little harder, my finger went right through the plastic covering the button. After this, the dishwasher for sure needed repair if it didn't already. I explained what happened and they were very understanding. They even refunded my deposit & I wouldn't have blamed them if they didn't.

Everyone enjoyed the relaxed environment, it was peaceful clean and comfortable and the host was awesome

The house, property and overall experience was great! We had everything and more that we needed for cooking. The games were an additional bonus. The deer roaming the yard and neighborhood were exciting to see. The view from the porch was a great place for coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. You can tell that the owners take pride in their property and by all means, they should. Interaction with Alma was very pleasant.

This is a great property. We have stayed there twice and the owner really does all the nice things to make the trip special. We love this house. The only negative is the boat dock is a hike but that is not the owner's fault. The property is one of the few that has a dock and lets you use it for your boat. And to be fair the lake is receding making the walk farther. We will keep staying there as long as she will have us and keep praying for rain!!

Great weekend retreat for Mother’s Day weekend. Wonderful view and very comfortable. This house was better than expected. The game room was a win win for the 6 year old to the 60 year old.
