Welcome to Sandy Toes, where resort-style living meets beachfront bliss! Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this beautiful condo offers the ultimate coastal getaway—with your toes in the sand in just minutes and a world of amenities right at your fingertips.
Enjoy two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily, so all you need to do is relax. The property features three sparkling pools (with the western pool heated from late November through March), three hot tubs that run year-round, a fitness center, on-site beach chair and canopy rentals, and even a poolside snack shop to keep you refreshed all day long.
This third-floor condo in a beachfront elevator building brings the emerald waters of the Gulf right into view through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders. Start your day on the private balcony, sipping coffee as you watch the sun rise and the activity unfold on the Gulf’s longest pier—just steps away. End the evening with a nightcap and the sound of waves below.
Inside, the open layout is bright and comfortable. The living room is perfect for relaxing, the dining area is great for games or meals, and the well-equipped kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances and stunning Gulf views. All new beds, bedding, and towels ensure a fresh, luxurious experience throughout your stay.
The king-sized primary bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV, Gulf-front balcony access, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo—wake up to dolphins dancing in the waves. The second bedroom features two queen beds, a large closet, its own flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom. A private bunk room offers a cozy retreat for kids, complete with a set of bunk beds and a TV.
A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the in-unit laundry room, and plenty of parking is available on-site, along with a ground-level grill area for cookouts.
This is a non-pet-friendly home. Smoking and events are not permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.

We love this property and hope to come back soon! The beach chairs being included was so nice. Great for families and kids. The only downside is check out is at 9am. And the housekeeper was waiting outside the door. It was very difficult to manage with toddlers and small kids while trying to follow the proper instructions. Felt extremely rushed and chaotic. Customer sevice was fantastic though and very responsive. I hope to book again soon!

The property was exactly as it was portrayed, and very clean. Every time we came inside, it felt like home away from home! Would definitely stay there again!

I have a long history working in the service industry. I am surprised at the lack professionalism from the renters. Every time we called, the woman was snarky, quick to have a comment, didn’t listen, and almost rude.
The beds were so hard, I almost slept on the couch. Not only that, but they creaked with every slight movement. I was up all night, and it was not because of my 1.5 year old.
We were right by the elevator, with a window without a curtain. I hope the people around you are quiet… because if the bed doesn’t wake you, the elevator ding certainly will. We also were not warned about ongoing construction IN THE ELEVATOR, which woke us up at 8 in the morning. A warning would have been nice.
We were without water without warning on Friday. That was a nice surprise. No laundry, no showers.
Overall I'm shocked at the lack of communication. After reading past reviews of this condo, someone mentioned the beds… I must agree with them. They’re antiquated, and squeaky. I hope someone sees this, and heeds this warning. Not our best condo stay.
Location was amazing. We will be back to Navarre, but we will never stay with Blue Moon Rentals again.
