The Villa Bernstein, completed in 2012, is located directly on the Börgerende dike. The beach is just a few steps away. Separated from the sea only by the dike and the European bike path, you have a view of the sea or the dike from almost all apartments. The architecture of Villa Bernstein reflects the style elements of the classic bathroom architecture. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, Villa Bernstein is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished apartments have a balcony or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. An underground parking space belongs to each apartment. In the house you will find bicycle parking spaces as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Fantastic 3-room penthouse apartment for 4 people, 2 roof terraces and a side view of the Baltic Sea, wood-burning stove and only 30 meters from the beach - side sea view and only separated from the beach by a bike path -The apartment has been lovingly furnished with high quality furniture. 1 living room with open kitchen, comfortable corner couch and swiveling wood-burning stove (exclusive firewood), dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, 1 fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV, 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, 1 bath with towel dryer, 1 shower room with walk-in shower and towel dryer, 2 large sunny roof terraces (to the east and west with partial sea views, 1 terrace with table and chairs and 1 terrace with sitting lounge, 2 lounge chairs and table, underfloor heating, 1 underground parking space in the property with elevator to the living floor, bicycle storage space in the property, laundry set, travel cot and highchair can be booked for a fee.
