Architecturally, the front building facing Wilhelmstrasse takes up style elements of the bath architecture, while the second part of the building - facing the Kurpark am Friedensberg - embodies the modern architectural style. Many nice shops and worthwhile restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity invite you to slow down from everyday life and enjoy your free time. Behind the pretty facade, Villa Louisa scores with modern, high-quality holiday apartments of various sizes, an in-house sauna area, lift and underground parking. Everything here is wonderfully new and of the highest standard.

In the 1st Apartment Woge 42 welcomes you on the upper floor of the rear part of the building in Villa Louisa with a friendly, light-flooded atmosphere and a spacious balcony to the south. The apartment offers you a living space of around 54 square meters for the most beautiful time of the year and is designed for two people. The extremely high-quality furnishings of your vacation home catch your eye as soon as you enter. Everything was selected with taste by the owners and arranged with great attention to detail. The DTV also thought so and awarded the Woge 42 with 4 stars. In the bedroom, a solid wood bed with high-quality slatted frames and luxurious mattresses promises you restful sleep and sweet dreams. The bathroom delights with a 1.20 x 0.90 meter, floor-level shower room, valuable Duravit bathroom furniture and Grohe fittings as well as fine natural stone tiles. The high-quality equipped kitchenette in the combined living and dining room has of course all the important utensils for cooking, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and an oven. The rest of the technical equipment is also of the finest quality: the underfloor heating under the wood-look tiled floor ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Living room and bedroom each have a 32-inch LCD TV, there is a music system and W-LAN is of course also available. In consideration of the following guests and allergy sufferers, smoking and taking pets are not allowed in Woge 42. Good to know: In Villa Louisa there is an in-house sauna area for all wellness fans (for a small fee), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (coin operated devices), plus a lift and underground car park (max.
