Quiet, comfy and felt safe.

Very quiet (except when another guest set off the smoke alarm!) considering it is based on the outskirts of a city. Well equipped kitchen and nice that hand wash, shower gel etc supplied. Beds comfy and fan provided was useful.

Could benefit from a little TLC, but otherwise fine.

Just a very annoying toilet seat, falling off every time of using. Needs changing. The check in could be from 2pm as the 4pm is a bit too late for arrival. Also check out 11am (after breakfast) would be more convenient.

The stay exceeded my expectations of the property and i would highly recommend

The property was very clean on arrival, the instructions for getting the keys was clear and concise and i was pleasantly surprised that there was some essentials such as teabags and sugar already in the property as well as the little coffee strips, all in all the property was exactly as it looked and was very comfortable.

Good choice of accommodation for short holiday

The flat was very clean, was small but very well organized, conformable sofa bed in the livingroom for my daughter. Had everything you need in the kitchen. Was exactly what we needed for our vacation. Well connected with the city center, 4 buses passing, with the return stop few steps away. Very quiet neighborhood.

The bathroom had a bit of mold but not to disturb.

Superb apartment

The apartment was exactly as described. Key collection was effortless. Instructions re heating, waste etc... was all available and easy to follow. Tea and coffee was available which saved me hassle. All the facilities I needed were present. This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in for a short trip.

A very pleasant stay in a comfortable, clean, tidy two-bed apartment with ample on-street parking

There was plentiful parking on street from Friday night through to Sunday. The company was responsive when I had a query prior to arrival that I wanted to resolve quickly. There was complimentary tea, coffee and sugar in the property, which was unexpected. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was bright and the flat was clean and welcoming.

There was nothing that I disliked about our stay or the organisation.

Fantastic facilities and location

It was a great location, so nicely decorated and very clean. Host was excellent at communicating check in instructions. We definitely hope to stay again and would highly recommend to everyone!

It was good. I would stay again as long as I have a car.

This was the second time I stay at this property. First time was in Sept 2023, at that time, it was a bit messy; the vacuum cleaner was left in the living room, it looked a bit chaotic. This time the property was in a very good state, clean, and very nice. Location is good but we had a car, and the fact of free available parking was definitely a plus. WiFi worked well.

We could not work out how to lower the heating. It was very hot (which I guess is much better than the alternative!).

Nice beds, owners quick to fix things but too noisy for us.

No breakfast as it was an apartment. Location was good for using public transport.

Entrance to building was dirty, overgrown weeds, hall very untidy, apartment bathroom was disgusting all reported and thankfully sorted out by the next day. Noise. Noise and more Noise..other guests didn't think about keeping the noise to an acceptable level or the fact that this was a house conversion not a concrete block of flats.

The beds/mattresses or pillowcases didn’t have any protectors on them and the washing machine was full of previous laundry.

French doors that can be opened to let in fresh air. Well equipped kitchen. Good size fridge and Freezer. Parking next to the property (although not allocated, we had no problems).

couldn't access the property. the key in the lockbox wouldn't work. left high and dry.. locked out.

When we came to check in. We followed the check in instructions and retrieved the key from the lock box. However it was the wrong key in lock box which would not un lock the door. So we could not access our accommodation. There were no contact info provided with the check in details, in case of issues with check in, and no one around to help. This was a significant issue for us being 4 hours from home and not being able to access the over night accommodation we booked and paid for. A really big let down. We were forced to make last alternative arrangements at 9:30 at night. I emailed the provider at the time , via return email, but have not yet had a response

Nice stay in the area we wanted.

Location was great for our needs. The living room diner was lovely.

The bathroom needs some work. The bath panel was damaged at either ends due to water. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. There was insufficient room to dry yourself in the bathroom.

Pleasant stay, comfy bedrooms and spacious lounge area. Good location.

Location- really good and not far from the shops and restaurants in Pontcanna. Parking was on street but there were plenty of free spaces. Half hour walk in to the City but its a really pleasant walk. Bedrooms - they were clean and beds were very comfy, could have done with a bit more storage space though. Kitchen - facilities were great and it had everything we required. Lounge - this area was spacious and comfortable. Outdoor space - Lovely views, great space and nice addition..... the roof terrace could do with brightening up with some potted plants and lights, the two planks of wood you have to step down on to get on to the terrace are a bit precarious and the rubber tiles look tired. A few tweaks would change this and it could be a fantastic outdoor space and great addition to the apartment.

Bathroom - very disappointing - it's tiny and it really needs an upgrade as it is very tired. The toilet flush power was terribly poor and it was problematic too. The shower cubicle was small but the shower was powerful and hot. The sink in the bathroom is tiny. There was a grim well used toilet brush left by the toilet that had tissue stuck on the bristles of the brush and it smelt so bad we had to put it outside. Entrance to the building - Not a great first impression. it was unswept and needs weeding. Hallway and stairs could do with brightening up with a lick of paint too as it was very scruffy.

Convenient

I liked the location, parking space was easy and not far from the city centre. It was also in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We had a slight problem with the toilet flush but it was handled quickly and efficiently by the team.

Walls were a bit thin and could hear the upstairs apartment from time to time. Also heard a shouting match on the day we left in the neighbouring apartment.

Comfortable and modern

Great apartment. Very clean, and very well equipped and great little touches within the apartment. Lots of free parking on the road. Quiet street. Great value for money and would definitely stay here again.

We did have noisy people upstairs on the first night; second night perfect. The shower was a bit stiff to start.

Really small issues. Bedroom one has a broken drawer, easily fixable but I didn’t have a screwdriver with me. A bit dusty in places and mother in law wanted an egg slice lol. We wish we could of tuned heating off. Really hot at night.

A good week's stay, small but comfy...

Overall the property was very clean and everything needed was provided. The TV and WiFi were very good. The location is in a good area and there was always room for free parking very near by. I would recommend this place for two people any time.

There were some minor issues not worth mentioning really...It has been raised with the management and they promised to fix them.

Good location. 30 mins walk to the city. Reasonable amount of space for 4 people.

Only one bathroom to share with 4 adults. One double bed was against a wall, so one person had to climb over the other. Could hear neighbours talking through the walls.
