This beautiful holiday villa is located near the Veluwe.. From ‘De Eekhoorn’ you can directly walk into the woods to spot some dear or admire the flora in the surroundings. After a long hike or cycling tour in winter, you can enjoy the warmth and atmosphere of the fireplace. In summer you can just relax in the garden. Don’t you feel like cooking in the fully equipped kitchen? The surroundings offer you a variety of nice restaurants in different levels. The climbing woods can be found in the direct neighbourhood, just as the possibilities to go horseriding or visit the beach or nearby recreational lake for a swim. In the village Putten, you can visit the subtropical swimming pool with heated outdoor swimming pool.
The house has three bedrooms with two beds each. The dining area and stylishly decorated living room have sliding doors to the terrace and garden. From this spot, you have stunning views over the area. The whole house is provided with comfortable floor heating and you can also enjoy the fireplace during a cosy night in winter. Great accommodation but communication with owners / management could have been better.
Would have been helpful to know in advance to take own towels, tea towels toilet roll and dishwasher tabs. Also to be warned that some Dutch supermarkets don’t accept British cards. Fortunately we did go prepared- will definitely take bikes next time. Fab cycle paths everywhere- we hired some from Putten.
