The view and access to the beach. The property was nice and clean.

the towels & linens were Grey & yellowish. Perhaps invest in some newer quality items. The pillows were flat. The coffee cups were stained with debris - ie: Put away dirty! The dishwasher was not working? The freezer smelled like bleach! Construction upstairs started at 8 am with hammers & pounding.

That it was centrally located and had a kitchen and washer & dryer .. 2 bathrooms!
Ants Everywhere ,Toilet in master bath did not function, had to manually flush it from the tank, pool hours could have been longer since the kids didn’t feel comfortable swimming with all the loud adults drinking in the pool.
