A COMPLETE recent renovation - January 2020 completion - unveils a PLATINUM PLUS LEVEL property with nothing spared!
EVERYTHING is entirely new and the kitchen expanded to offer even better views! All brand new, top notch cabinetry, lighting, furnishings, appliances, furniture, hardwood flooring, mattresses, bedding and bathrooms! All have been completely updated to the highest levels, including a new washer/dryer now located in a convenient location in the entry hall. All the amenities that one can savor while enjoying the spectacular front facing mountain views!
Don't let the lack of reviews scare you...this unit is brand new to us...renovating however is not! I remodeled and rented a similar unit in this same building and it rented back to back - with all 5 star reviews. I decided it was time to sell and start over with a bit larger unit - approx 100 square feet larger which is mountain facing and allows for a larger master bath and vanity.
Our guests loved the location and convenience to everything. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has a chairlift just out the back door - Chairlift 14 (just 40 yards) and hiking trails galore. The cozy terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy a cool summer evening with friends and family on an incredibly unique patio furniture set. The convenience of a full kitchen and washer/dryer facilitate your stay. The king Bedroom has an en-suite bath with double vanity, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with pull out storage and there is also a brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the family room...all allow for many sleeping arrangement options. There is also a spacious living and dining area.
The Borders Lodge itself was completely renovated in the last few years, giving it an exclusive top notch look. The Borders Lodge offers a unique combination of seclusion and convenience. This elegant ski-in/ski-out property lies just steps from the Elkhorn lift and within walking distance to the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Its unique hillside location affords spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain to the south and the rolling fairways of Beaver Creek Golf Course to the north.
