This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Located in trendy Mamitas Beach, Aldea Thai is very well situated between the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean and historic 5th Avenue. Whether you want to head over to the beach, or explore 5th avenue restaurant, bars and shops, you are only a few steps away from either. The Aldea Thai complex has wonderful amenities including an enormous pool, gym, on-site parking, wifi, 24 hour front desk, valet parking and more.
Once you walk through the front doors of your private condo, you will be impressed by the higher end finishing's combined with lots of space for you to enjoy. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal after a long day at the beach. The wood cabinets and stone counters that are open to the living space will allow the cook to socialize with everyone during meal prep. For a more formal meal, there is a dinning table to 6 or gather around the sit-up bar for a fun meal full of laughter recounting the memories made that day.
The living space has comfortable seating, an open concept feel that opens onto a balcony overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean!!! This is a great place to enjoy early morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. This living space is large and a perfect place to gather at the end of the day, relax a bit and discuss plans for that evening!
Head over to the Master Bedroom with king sized, 4 post bed, television and beautiful attached bathroom with stone counters and walk-in shower. Your oasis and a place to unwind after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the Caribbean waters. A good place for quiet, morning coffee.
The second bedroom with two double beds is quite large and has a full bathroom, lots of space for added guests or large families and great closet space.
If you're looking to soak up the sun, stroll over the common area pool. This is a gigantic pool with tons of lounging space. This space is perfect for enjoying the sun, reading a book or doing some people watching. This is also where you'll take the best photos!!
If the beach is more your speed, you are only a few steps away from Kool Beach Club where you can enjoy their facilities (deposit required). There, you can meet others, order drinks and food and swim in the ocean.

Guests will have access to the entire condo including all common spaces within the Aldea Thai complex.
Aldea Thai is perfectly situated close to the beach as well as all of the restaurants, bars and shops of 5th Avenue. Walking distance to everything!
You won't have any problems getting around on foot, or using the taxi system which is quite affordable.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**
● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.
●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
● You may be asked to wear a brazalete during your stay, please follow the complex rules as provided by the front desk.
● Kool Beach club is located near the condo which does play music during some days. It can be heard at the complex but not within the bedrooms of the condo. The parking is not secured, so do not leave any valuable belongings in your car.

The condo was very nice. It's annoying that you have to wear a bracelet on the grounds, but that's the case everywhere in Playa del Carmen that has any level of exclusivity. 5/5 stars without reservation. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was really great! The view was amazing and although the beach side pool was closed for remodeling, access to the beach was still simple. It just took a little longer. There is a lot of music happening at once here, so definately a party vibe. The beaches were fantastic and the water refreshing.

The apartment has large rooms and is decorated well. The location is great. The swimming pool and swim-up bar were fantastic. The only issues we had were construction-related. The fitness center was closed for remodeling. The apartment directly across the hall is being renovated and it is LOUD. We couldn't hear each other talking during lunch. There is no washer/dryer, dishwasher, or oven, so keep that in mind for longer stays. The property manager made us feel welcome and the place is very secure.
