About this house rental
Sunny Emerald Isle NC, Beach house is in a family-style neighborhood with beach access at the end of the street. (2 minutes see pics) Oceanside location with a short walk to the beach. House is a quiet shady spot for that after the beach rest with a screened porch to listen to the waves crashing on the beach. Perfect breakfast spot as well. House fully stocked for comfort. Just bring your beach towels and gear. Outside ground-level shower and foot wash at bottom of stairs keep the wood floors clean and comfy. Easy walk or bike ride to everything in Emerald Isle, restaurants, pier, shops, grocery stores, ice cream and post office. N.C. Wildlife Boat Ramp a half-mile away on the sound side. ( see pics ) Great sunsets after that evening walk on the beach or from the boat ramp dock seating. Owner is often available in separate living space on the property for questions or issues. Book your Saturday to Saturday stay and welcome!

Comfortable living room, good proximity to beach, groceries, and Bogue Sound. Well-stocked kitchen. Kelley promptly took care of anything that arose and kindly leant us his canopy when ours fell apart in the wind. The porch is a nice addition though due to heat, we spent more time inside. Enough room in living room for games, reading, and those who had to work.

Nice home in a nice area! The best thing about the house is the refrigerator with the filtered water and ice maker! The screened in porch was nice too. Beach access ok, the boardwalk has many steps which can be difficult when carrying chairs! All in all we had a very enjoyable stay.

This has been a tough year for everyone! This house and Emerald Isle were the perfect way to forget about the tensions of everyday life. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook and relax. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house is clean and nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The screened porch is an awesome place to enjoy the sea breeze and relax after a day in the sun. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect!Thanks so much for the hospitality! We will be back!
