Located atop Lomita Estates just 1.25 miles northwest of the historic Sonoma Plaza, this wonderful retreat features everything you'll need for a long weekend or even longer family get-together.
Views and stunning scenery greet you from every angle. Nestled at the top of the city, there are only trees, vineyards, birdlife, and foliage to stare at home on a 1/2 acre.
Dine outdoors under stunning market lights in the evening.
Pool heating: the pool is solar heated (April through Oct) via Solar Panels on the roof of the home. The pool temperature fluctuates with the weather and the solar system averages:
Apr 75-80 degrees f
May 80-85+ degrees f
Jun-Aug 82-88+ degrees f
Sep 75-85+ degrees f
Oct 70-75 degrees f
For colder months, a paid gas-heating is available @$95 per day; need 24 hours minimum advance notice.

Michael and Brad are amazing. We had a wonderful time and they were very helpful. I would recommend their Vrbo to anyone wanting to visit Sonoma

My friends and I stayed here for another friend’s wedding in town and it couldn’t have been better. The house itself felt like home and Michael & Brad couldn’t have been more gracious hosts. We will definitely be back!

We had the absolute best time during our stay. The property has everything you could think of and more. The hosts have thought about your every need and they will try their very best to accommodate you. The stay was so relaxing and just what we needed as a family. The area is stunning and very peaceful. We will definitely stay again here
