You will find a comfortably furnished top floor holiday apartment with a balcony on the sunny side, nestled between the forest and dunes, right on the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.
The lively beach promenade of Binz offers numerous restaurants, bars and shops for those who love to go out. You can reach the town center in approx. 700 m on foot along the promenade or comfortably with the swimming pool. The beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.
The apartment, over 2 levels, is located in a car-free 4-star resort in a classic bathroom style, with bakery and cafe, sauna / salt grotto, children's playground, parking space for cars. Bus stop for island railway directly at the reception. The Binztherme is located within walking distance. The park is on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz and is only separated from the beach by the dunes. The Binz pier and the shopping street can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
The approx. 64 m2 apartment offers space for max. 4 people. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed and an additional LCD + a sleeping facility in the loft with 2 single beds, a living room with a kitchenette and all the necessary equipment, a daylight bathroom in Italian granite, with shower, real glass doors and underfloor heating and a balcony. The apartment has been completely renovated.
For allergy sufferers: The rooms are animal-free, high-quality vinyl flooring was laid - no carpet.
In the extensive car-free park you can use free of charge:
Barbecue areas, table tennis tables, chess, and a children's playground.
In the main building with reception there is a children's club, a bakery, bike rental, a sauna and a salt grotto, which are also available free of charge.
