- Modern holiday home in the village of Kasnevitz near Putbus with a large, private garden, fireplace and dishwasher - This holiday home has a total area of 120 m² and is located on a fenced, 1500 m² plot in the central village of Kasnevitz near the white city of Putbus. The house is in the second row, so that you will find the necessary peace after your excursions on the island of Rügen. The Putbus community is subject to tourist tax. You pay the corresponding amount on site at the landlord. The center of Putbus is about 3 km away. There you will find shops and a train station u. a. Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (200 m). The Baltic Sea can be reached in about 5 km.
Holiday house - Himmelgrau:
The open living area with adjoining kitchen is spacious. The fireplace integrated in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere. In addition, you can expect a satellite.-TV, a radio and a DVD player u. a. In the kitchen you will find an oven, a fridge with freezer, a stove with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine and a kettle u. a. A dishwasher is of course not missing in this house. There is also a dining table and chairs on the ground floor. You can reach the upper floor via a curved staircase, at the end of which a spacious gallery awaits you. You can access the adjoining bedrooms via the open corridor area. These are designed for two people each. The beds in the respective bedrooms have the sizes 1.80 mx 2.00 m and 1.40 mx 2.00 m. The highlight for the little ones is a loft bed in one of the bedrooms, which can be reached via a separate ladder. The very open-plan house has another cozy bedroom (with bed 1.60 mx 2.00 m) and a shower room with toilet in the lower area. You will find a washing machine in the utility room. The entire house is supplied with gas heating, and the entire lower area is equipped with underfloor heating. From the living room you reach a beautiful terrace with Bangkirai wood, on which a large table with associated chairs invites you to linger. A grill can also be shared. Two parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the house. Please note: The cost of electricity and gas are not included in the rental price. These are billed on site (electricity 0.29 EUR per kWh / gas 0.90 EUR per m³). Bed linen and towels can be brought by yourself or can be booked for a fee (EUR 11.00 per linen package). Firewood is available and will be charged according to consumption.
Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
