Whether you're looking to plan a family vacation, a relaxing retreat, or a few rounds of golf with your friends, the Club Villas at Sea Trail offer great accommodations for you and your group. Club Villas one bedroom villas feature two queen beds. Private bath. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings. ***PLEASE NOTE: Photos do NOT represent actual unit. All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The property was well maintained. Check in and out was a breeze. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only downfall was very few restaurants were open nearby
