This magnificent beach house is wheelchair accessible. One bedroom on the ground level is handicap friendly. The door frame to the bedroom and handicap bathroom is 36". The elevator opening is 36". An elevator allows easy access to each floor. The Great Room offers a 60" SMART HDTV w/Netflix (use your own log in). Enjoy the Recreation Room full of fun activities including a Flat Screen TV, Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey and a Card/Game Table! Fun for the whole family! All bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's. Double Headed Shower in Master Bath. Enjoy the exceptional ocean views including a Tower Room. Additional TV room on the middle floor. Relax by the Private Pool (12x24) or in the Hot Tub.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house is beautiful and accommodated our large family well. It had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and the game room kept kids entertained. Beach access is walking distance. The maintainance staff addressed our concerns promptly and were very courteous. It would be nice to have a chair in the master bedroom to be able to sit in while getting dressed or relax away from the activity. Also I am older and could barely get into the very high bed so a footstool would have been helpful. It was a beautiful home and we would come back again.

We liked our stay at Cape Cod. It was great having two refrigerators and it would have been great if the 2nd dishwasher worked. Evidently, the people who rented this house the week before had a white dog and the cleaning crew did a bad job of getting all the hair picked up. There was white hair everywhere.

Bed linens in this house were in bad need of being replaced. Pillows smelled of rank body grease and one coverlet and its pillow shams were disgusting. The kitchen floor was extremely dirty and many of the dishes had food on them from previously being used. We had no Internet, Cable or working telephone in the house from Friday afternoon until sometime after we left. For the amount of money spent on such a house I would expect it to be cleaner.
