A casa é idêntica as fotos, o sobrado é confortável para 4 pessoas, mas acredito que se o hóspede não se incomodar de dormir na sala comporta 5 pessoas, a rua não tem asfalto, porém é de fácil acesso e a localização é boa, perto de padaria, mercado... Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro que não parou de vazar e notificamos o responsável, porém não foi consertado. Não consta no anúncio mas não possui Wifi e nem televisão, as tomadas são todas 220.
