This spacious condo is for those who desire 5-star accommodations but with privacy and space that no hotel can offer at his price point. The condo offers a lovely lagoon view with cool breezes and gorgeous sunrises. The master suite features a king bed, in-suite luxury shower/bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Experience waking up to a gorgeous view! There is a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom, one is a trundle, making a total of 3 twins. Sleeper sofa sleeps add'l 2. Open floor plan with glass "wall" to the screened lanai that artfully opens up to allow you to bring the outdoors inside.

There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

We had 5 adults say for 1 week. It was a wonderful condo. We especially enjoyed the nearby walking trails and the swimming pool.

The condo met our needs. Since we rented for six weeks, we had access to the adjacent property (great for walking , abundant bird life and the club house. We had a few issues with the cable service, appliances and smoke detectors but eventually problems we resolved. Shortcomings - not enough dishes, silverware cheap, no TVs in the 2 other bedrooms, lighting on the porch, 2 bathrooms very dim (use of LED bulbs suggested) and bed linens were very uncomfortable at best (polyester material and fitted sheets did not encompass the mattress). At the rental rate, I expected the condo to be top quality (5 stars). My rating would be a 4.
However, I would rate the staff at Wagner Reality 5+++. Owner could not have a better reality working with renters.

The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. Loved the Margaritaville decor. It is a mile drive to the beach and grocery store. Floriday restaurant was good and very close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Clean. Very well equipped. 7 minute drive to the beach and grocery. Floridays restaurant right next door. This rental FAR EXCEEDED our expectations!!
