I’ve never rented a room before, but this was a great first experience, room was clean and equipped with everything I would need to have a comfortable. Lillian was very helpful and ready to answer any questions I had. For what you get, the price per night is fair. 5/5

We had a wonderful experience and it was nice and quiet. The best part is that it is pet friendly.

My stay at this property was amazing!
Lilian , the property manager was incredible and did everything possible to make your stay memorable and she ensured that you had constant contact with her if needed which really helped my stay and things in the area.
Clean, refreshing large area and huge bathroom.
Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fan among the comforts.
I must note that if you do not have a car, an Uber or Lift will be nessasary to go to a major store like a Walmart which is about a 7 minute ride as there is very little net this property as far as businesses so be proactive.
I went to Super Walmart, which at the time of this writing stays open until 10:00pm, to stock the mini refrigerator with food to prepare in the microwave and coffee maker provided.
You might want to bring some plastic wear and perhaps some plates.
Lilian also provided coffee and napkins.
I recommend this property highly.
