Beautiful Breeze is a 4 BR 2 BA beachfront cottage with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen & living room. It has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious oceanfront screened porch with plenty of seating, a large sunny deck area, and an outside rinse station.
This oceanfront cottage sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains.
This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grill, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery.
Keyless door lock entry provides easy access.
This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS cottage.
Rental includes 5 ROKU Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a fully equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos in each room.
Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Picnic table is in shaded area under the cottage.
Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent provided.

This house is an all around perfect place to stay. Out of 5 stars it’s a 10! Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The owner was immediately responsive and a delight to deal with. The view is beautiful and access to the beach could not be easier. I highly recommend this property.

The property was perfect for our needs of being 4 adults needing separate rooms. They each had a perfect little cubby to place your make up bag etc and had a convenient mirror. The kitchen was well equipped and easy access to the beach for our morning walks.

We just got back from an incredible week at a beachfront cottage in Oak Island, NC, and it was exactly what my wife and I needed. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful atmosphere and stunning ocean views set the tone for a relaxing getaway.The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up—everything felt comfortable without being overdone. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves and stepping right out onto the beach with a cup of coffee was easily our favorite part. The location couldn’t have been better—quiet enough to feel private, but still close to anything we needed.We spent our days walking along the shoreline, soaking up the sun, and just enjoying the simplicity of being together without distractions. Evenings were just as special—watching the sunset from the porch and listening to the ocean under the stars.If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic escape, this place delivers. It gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and connection, and we’re already talking about coming back next year.
