About this apartment rental
The Majorcas holiday complex was renovated from early January 2017 until spring 2018. There are now 10 apartments available for year-round rental to holiday guests.
"Camp De Mar"
This apartment is suitable for a maximum of one family with two children. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a 32 inch LED flat screen TV, a DVD player, a compact stereo system and an LED clock radio. In the combined dining / living room area there is also a sofa bed (with slatted frame). The modern shower room is equipped with a washstand, a mirror cabinet and a spacious shower cabin with rainforest shower.
The apartment complex is wonderfully relaxing and quiet, yet it is only 500 meters to the beach promenade. To the south there is a forest right outside the front door, the Dahmer enclosure. An apparently infinitely large, field-free plot of land extends to the south-west.
The apartments of the Majorca are in accordance with the year of construction 2017/18 on the most modern level of structural equipment and furnishings.
The entire equipment, furniture, household appliances, dishes, everything is new.
The kitchen area of the apartments is functionally equipped with a refrigerator and double ceramic hob with extractor hood. Coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and everything necessary for daily use are available.
The following household appliances can be provided on request:
Microwave and coffee pad machine.
Thus, the rooms have LED downlights as ceiling / room lighting, various walls painted in light pastel shades.
The floors are tiled with porcelain stoneware in a light oak look.
In addition to box spring beds and LED flat screen TVs, the exclusive standard of the apartments also includes free WiFi throughout the house.
The modern bathrooms are tiled with large tiles in a light beige high-gloss look and design borders. Floor-to-ceiling shower floors and rainforest showers as well as safety glass shower cubicles convey an exclusive ambience.
There are numerous sun loungers for sunbathing and garden table seating groups to relax, as well as a four-burner gas grill on the secluded, south-facing garden plot.
