About this villa rental
Holiday home located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
The villa is located 7 km from the town of Cómpeta, and it is characterized by quiet surroundings and spacious interior. It provides its 6 guests with magnificent views over the mountains of Sierras de Tejeda and Almijara and the Mediterranean Sea.
Its guests are offered three comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, and the other two with two single beds each. There is one more bathroom with a shower. The spacious and luminous fireplace-equipped dining-living room shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen.
The outdoor area welcomes a fantastic terrace, where you will be provided everything you can ask for. Among the most noteworthy features, there are a private pool, deckchairs, a pergola and a barbecue area. From it, you will spot the mesmerizing landscapes of the Axarquía, which you can enjoy also while dining on the covered porch. The property is not fenced.
The access is to be made through a 200-mt long unpaved lane, characterised by slopes and curves, which is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
Please note that if you get to the house after 9.30 pm, you will be charged a fee of €50.

We throughly enjoyed the two weeks in Finca la vina. The property is very well maintained . Perfect situation for wonderful views, the patio and pool facing south so you have sun all day. Plus shaded areas when you need to get out the sun. One tip I would suggest as the Villa does not offer a welcome pack. You may consider getting a quick shop before you make your way to the villa. First time driving on those roads can be daunting for some. After 2-3 times you soon get use to it. Competa approx 10-15 mins away is a great village for meals or breakfast. Beaches between Nerva and Aluncar are great. All in all we enjoyed our first stay in Spain

Stayed in the house for 22 days without problems. The house was clean and surrounding area was very quiet except for dogs barking from nearby farm.
The internet is only 6mbit and could be upgraded with Starlink connection. TV reception could be improved.
Overall very happy with my stay and service and would book again.

We enjoyed a lovely holiday here - the villa was so comfortable- we found it to have everything we needed and the views from the villa out over the mountains were outstanding. We live this area of Spain - Competa is nearby which is a lovely town . All in all a great holiday and we would deffinately go back !! You do have to be careful driving in as the road is not great - I would advise anyone to ensure that they get a vehicle with good clearance from the ground if possible / we did and it was a good decision
