Estero Island Beach Villa is a remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, open-concept condo that overlooks the beautiful Matanzas Pass on the bay side and the Gulf of Mexico on the beach side! This 6th-level condo is located on the much-desired north end of the island. The tiled floors throughout the unit pave the way to countless updated features including 3 brand new smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two double beds and the living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 8 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area. We loved our stay. The only challenge was the check in process - we didnt receive an email with check in instructions for some reason, so we couldnt get in at first. But we called and were helped right away! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the direct access to the beach and the view from both lanais. The place was really well appointed and decorated. The o Kt small thing we didn’t like was the plastic plates/bowls. It was a little noisy there with the resort being right next door
