Access to Lake Michigan at the Petoskey State Park is only a 7 minute drive. Trout Creek is surrounded by golf courses and located next to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob ski resorts. Birding trails, biking, boating and so much more all nearby.

The property was pretty shabby and outdated. Beds were old and pretty uncomfortable. Location and property was great.
